“There are many options when choosing a physio, I think what sets Diarmuid apart is that not only is he clearly an excellent practitioner from a clinical perspective, he has an uncommon ability to put you at your ease with clear explanations and a personal warmth. In my experience he doesn’t just deal with a problem, he treats the person first and foremost.

“After my injury, I genuinely feared I might never walk properly again.
Diarmuid provided a clear, personalised plan and supported me through every stage of my recovery, always listening and adapting when needed.
I am now walking independently again and have returned to swimming and the gym.”

“Before my knee replacement, my quality of life was very poor due to lack of sleep and isolation due to severe pain.
With Diarmuid’s guidance and a clear plan, my pain became manageable and I was finally able to rest. Following surgery, his continued support helped me recover fully.
